Youth Soccer Leagues
Our youth soccer leagues provide an excellent opportunity for young athletes aged 5 to 12 to showcase their skills. Designed to cater to teams of various skill levels, our leagues foster a sense of camaraderie and offer a structured platform for athletic and personal development. Whether you’re a parent looking to enroll your child’s team, a youth coach seeking competitive play for your squad, or a town rec league staff aiming to expand your offerings, we have a league that fits your needs.

Important Details
- NOTE: WE PLAY LEAGUE GAMES DURING HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL VACATIONS.
- All Teams will play six regular-season games each session, plus the playoffs. (All Teams will make the playoffs.)
- Teams will rotate game times in the interest of fairness. We cannot guarantee start times.
- The first two games will be scheduled before the full season schedule is released to allow for appropriate team placements.
- Full-season schedules will be released and posted to the website following the second set of games.
- Playoffs are offered for all divisions.
- Players may play on multiple teams during the regular season.
- Players can only play on one team per competitive playoff bracket and must have played in two regular season games for that team.
- All teams play 6 v 6.
- All games will consist of two 25-minute halves.
- Shinguards are required for all games.
- No cleats are allowed for indoor games. Please wear indoor shoes or sneakers.
- We do NOT provide jerseys.
- Shirts with numbers are suggested but not required.
- There is a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate behavior towards coaches, players, or referees.

Turf Policies
- No food, drink, or gum is allowed on the turf.
- No spitting is allowed on the turf.
- No cleats are allowed on the turf.
- No jumping over the boards (use the gates)
House Soccer Rules
- The official has authority and control over all aspects of the game and the playing area.
- Regarding the rules of the game, we follow the FIFA soccer laws – However, we have added/altered a few of our soccer laws to make our games safe and enjoyable. Below, we have highlighted the rules of our house that differ from FIFA’s soccer laws.
- All restarts are Direct.
- Overtime is only played in the playoffs. Overtime is one 3-minute sudden death period followed by penalty kicks.
- Substitutions can be made at any point during the game.
- Balls hitting the nets above the boards are considered out of bounds. Free kicks will be
taken from where the ball hits the nets along the sides or a goal kick/corner kick. - No pinning against the boards.
No Sliding: If your knee hits the ground in an attempt to play the ball, we consider this a slide and the opposing team will receive a free kick. We believe this promotes the safest environment for our players
3-line Rule: if a ball is played “in the air” over 3 lines, the opposing team will receive a free kick on the “Red Line” in the attacking third of the field. (Note: Restart is from half field on Rink #2)
Ceiling Rule: Any ball that hits the ceiling will be restarted from where the ball was initially kicked. (Note: a ball hitting the ceiling that was played inside the box will be restarted from the top of the arc)
Uniform Policies for Soccer Games
- All players must wear shin pads.
- All teams must have the same color jersey.
- If both teams are wearing the same color jersey, the home team will change colors
PLAYOFF RULES
- 30-minute games, running time. Keep the clock running at all times!
- If tied at the end of the 30 min – 3 Minute Golden Goal (Sudden Death)
- If tied at the end of the Golden Goal period, a Minimum of 3 Penalties per team is required to decide the Winner. Players on the field must go first for penalty kicks, followed by players on the bench.
- Prioritize starting games on time. Teams do not need time to warm up!
- Champions go to Field 5 for medals, interviews, and team photo
- Finalists receive medals on the field after the game.
